The Meeting Place:

Our mental health hydration support group is open to the public and aims to enhance a sense of community, well-being, and resilience. You do not need to be enrolled in our peer support program to attend. We use a person-centered approach to create a space where you can openly share about your mental health challenges, receive feedback and support if desired, and become a part of a community that truly understands. There is no wrong way to participate; you can simply come just to have a space in which to feel your emotions. Our group is led by two peer support specialists who protect the confidentiality, respect, and safety of group members and will ensure that all members feel a sense of belonging.
